While the finished products we sell are professionally woven using the finest and most durable stainless steel, our kits supply you with everything you need to recreate these pieces using aluminum as the base materials for your piece. Aluminum is a much softer metal than stainless steel thus making it easier for a novice jewelry designer to work with. Aluminum is both lead and nickel- free and will not tarnish. The color of our aluminum rings included in our kits is almost identical to the higher- quality stainless steel we use in our professional pieces.
